How to Return an Item

Step 1 - Log into your account

Sign in and navigate to "My Orders" to view your order history.

Step 2 - Select order and request return

Request a Return

Select your order and click "Request Return." Follow the steps and print your return slip.

Step 3 - Pack and ship

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely and send it back using any courier with tracking.

Heads up: Return shipping is not prepaid—the cost is covered by you. You're free to choose any shipping company that works best for you.

Return Requirements

  • Returns accepted within 30 calendar days from delivery date
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included, unaltered and free of any odor
  • We recommend insuring your return package for high-value items
  • Ship items back as soon as possible—we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Undergarments are final sale for hygiene reasons
  • Black Friday & Cyber Monday purchases are final and non-refundable

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

What's Refunded

Refunds cover the cost of the item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, ship your return as soon as possible. We cannot reserve items, so availability depends on current stock.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Use any carrier you prefer—just make sure it has tracking.
