How It Works
How to Start a Return
Log Into Your Account
Sign in and go to the Returns section. Guest customers can use the return link directly.
Select Your Order
Find the order you want to return and select the items you wish to send back.
Request a Return
Follow the steps to complete your return request, then pack and ship the item with tracking.
Heads up: A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value. You are free to choose any shipping company that works best for you.
Return Conditions
- You have 14 days from the shipment date of your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value.
- All returns must be shipped to: 199 S Mt Pleasant Rd, Collierville, TN 38017.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Undergarments are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Important Notice
SILNT CHPTRS is not liable for packages that do not reach our warehouse. Please use a trackable shipping method. If your return shipment is lost in transit, please contact the courier to file a claim.
What to Expect
Store Credit & Exchanges
Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, exchanges or store credits are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
Store Credit & Exchanges
After your item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or exchange for the full cost of the returned item, excluding shipping fees.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges or store credits cannot be issued for items we do not receive.
Defective Products
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible.
