We know—sometimes an item just doesn’t work out, and that’s totally okay. We’ve made our return process simple and flexible so you can handle everything with just a few clicks.
Here’s how to return an item:
1. Log into your account and go to My Orders
2. Select the order and click Request Return
3. Follow the steps and print your return slip
4. Pack the item and send it back using any courier you prefer—just make sure it has tracking
Heads up: Return shipping is not prepaid—the cost is covered by you. You’re free to choose the shipping company that works best for you.
Please note:
1. Returns are accepted within 20 calendar days from the delivery date
2. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
3. Final Sale, Clearance items, and undergarments can’t be returned or exchanged
4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Returns are processed in 10–15 business days after we receive the item
6. We don’t reserve items for exchange, so the sooner we get your return, the better the chance your desired size is still available.
